AI and virtual environments can offer efficient and relevant skill development by combining digitalization and value creation. For example, an agentic AI concept can act as a system with different AI agents that communicate with each other to build a comprehensive system. Each agent is specialized in different tasks, and they work together to process real-time world data, for example by information from sensors and awareness of physical space (like recognizing obstacles, distances, light, windows, voice, hand, body, and eye movements). This can create intelligent solutions for various applications such as advanced operator training, remote assistance, predictive maintenance, and concurrent engineering.

Other approaches of AI and virtual environments will create various ways which lead to competitive positioning for the future need and values.
