People meet, discuss and get ideas. There is knowledge transfer and interaction. Have meetings regularly and the accumulated exchange will lead to collaborations and projects.

We do this by forums and workshops.

Forum: easy to prepare and carry out. Online, one presentation each forum (sometimes two if justified), total time less than 1 hour. Presentation 20 minutes, discussion 20 minutes. There is some flexibility by 20 minutes extra if discussion becomes very active. That format allows for plenty of time for interaction.

INTERACTIVE MODE

We use an interactive format. Each presentation will be about 50:50 presentation and discussion. Always that balance to allow the exchange and unexpected questions (where many ideas emerge).

Online mode for global reach

The workshop is online via Zoom. Presentations will be 15 minutes to allow more contrbutions.

Physical workshop

We will use a format which gives lot of time together. Main location will bon a cruise ship: Stockholm to Helsinki/Tallinn/Riga and back. Three day cruise. We have breakfast, morning session, coffee break, lunch, afternoon session, coffee break, dinner, social. All have accomodation at same place (the ship). Not like at conference in a city with different hotels: a format that breaks up the time we can have together.
